New Delhi, India. Mr. Elias dos Santos Ferreira, President, National Institute of Statistics, Ministry of Finance, Timor-Leste, made a trip to New Delhi to participate in the international workshop “Data Ethics, Governance and Quality in a Changing Data Ecosystem for the Asia Pacific Region.”
The workshop was hosted by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI), Government of India and the Statistical Institute for Asia and the Pacific (SIAP) at the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD).
During his stay in New Delhi, Mr. Elias also made a trip to the Timor-Leste Embassy in New Delhi to share more of his reflections and experiences of their statistics processes and data systems.
