New Delhi, [Insert Date] – Ambassador of Brazil Kenneth da Nóbrega visited the headquarters of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in New Delhi, where he was warmly received by ICAR’s Director General and senior officials.
The meeting underscored the importance of strengthening mutual technical and scientific cooperation in agriculture, fisheries, and animal husbandry. Both sides highlighted the shared commitment to advancing innovation and sustainable practices in these key sectors.
Discussions also focused on the implementation of the MAITRI Program, a landmark initiative aimed at fostering India–Brazil cross-border agritech incubators and technology parks. The program is expected to pave the way for joint research, innovation, and sustainable growth in the agricultural domain.
