The Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India in Bangkok celebrated “Guru Nanak Jayanti” & “Loy Krathong Festival” on 06 November 2025. The event featured following Cultural Performances:
Shabad Kirtan: A soulful Shabad Kirtan was presented by Mr. Santa Singh and his group.
Thai Dance Performance: A three-member Thai group beautifully performed a traditional Thai dance on the theme of Loy Krathong.
Sambalpuri Folk Dance: A vibrant four-member troupe, led by Shri Alok Kumar Panda, performed the Sambalpuri Folk Dance from Odisha, India.
The event was attended by distinguished guests and members of the Indian Diaspora in Thailand including around 90 enthusiastic audiences who also witnessed the Exhibition on Guru Nanak Dev at SVCC’s premises.
