The EU Delegation to India, together with representatives from European institutions, officially launched the EU–India Student Ambassador Network, bringing together representatives from more than 10 Indian universities to promote academic cooperation and student mobility between India and Europe.
The event served as a platform for discussions on strengthening educational partnerships, expanding opportunities for student exchange, and fostering deeper collaboration between higher education institutions across both regions.
A key highlight of the gathering was the introduction of the newly selected student ambassadors, who will play an important role in enhancing people-to-people connections and promoting educational engagement between India and the European Union.
Officials congratulated the ambassadors on their selection, recognizing their enthusiasm, leadership, and commitment to building stronger links between students and institutions in India and Europe. They expressed confidence that the ambassadors would inspire future generations and contribute significantly to advancing EU–India educational relations.
The launch marks another step forward in reinforcing the longstanding partnership between India and the European Union through education, cultural exchange, and academic collaboration.
