On August 6, 2025, Ambassador Pankaj Saran, a member of the Indian National Security Council and the director of the NatStrat Centre for Strategic Research and Security Issues, met with Ambassador Kamel Galal, the ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Republic of India.
Egypt and India discussed important regional and global developments during the meeting, which was centered on strengthening their bilateral ties.
The conversation demonstrated a common dedication to strengthening strategic collaboration and sustaining frequent communication on issues of shared interest.
