From children to adults, everyone joined in the merriment, taking part in traditional games such as the iconic kerupuk-eating contest, water relay with sponges, tug-of-war, bakiak (wooden clog) race, and water balloon toss.
The celebration also featured the announcement of winners from earlier competitions held in honor of the Independence Day festivities, including table tennis, mini soccer, gapleh (dominoes), and an Indonesian food stall competition at the lively Pasar Kaget.️
The event not only brought joy and laughter but also strengthened the bonds of togetherness among the Indonesian community in India, embodying the spirit of Berbangsa Berdaulat, Rakyat Sejahtera, Indonesia Maju a sovereign nation, a prosperous people, and a progressive Indonesia!
