On behalf of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus, Chairperson Natalya Kochanova congratulated the Vice-President of the Republic of India and Speaker of the Rajya Sabha, Chandrapuram Ponnusami Radhakrishnan, on his election to this high post.
In her message, Chairperson Kochanova noted that “For more than three decades, relations between our friendly countries have served as an example of mutually beneficial and sustainable cooperation. Inter-parliamentary interaction plays an important role in strengthening Belarusian-Indian cooperation. We are interested in intensifying interaction between the upper houses of our parliaments and assure you of our readiness for a comprehensive and mutually beneficial dialogue with all Indian parliamentarians.”
