During the discussion, it was emphasized that the coverage of dual education will be increased fivefold. To encourage partner enterprises, concessional loans of up to 5 billion soms will be provided, and the unified social payment for students working under the dual education system will be reduced by half.

At the same time, the importance of teaching foreign languages was highlighted as essential for mastering new technologies and for effective communication with foreign investors. Therefore, the number of hours allocated for foreign language instruction in technical colleges will be increased fourfold.

Moreover, starting next year, a new digital platform will be launched. This platform will provide fully transparent information about the professional skills of technical college graduates, accessible not only to domestic but also to foreign employers.
