New Delhi, September 16 – At the Russian Embassy in India, Andrey Slepnev, Minister in charge of Trade of the Eurasian Economic Commission, met with the Ambassadors of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) Member States accredited in New Delhi.
During the discussion, Mr. Slepnev briefed the Heads of the diplomatic missions of Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, and the Kyrgyz Republic on his recent talks with India’s Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal.
The meeting focused on the prospects for deeper Eurasian integration and on advancing the roadmap aimed at facilitating effective negotiations for a Free Trade Area (FTA) between the EAEU and India.
