Students and Teachers Pay Tribute to Late Russian Ambassador Alexander Kadakin in New Delhi

New Delhi, Students and teachers of the Russian Embassy’s school in India honored the memory of the late Alexander Kadakin, Russia’s former Ambassador to India, in a solemn wreath-laying ceremony. The event took place at the monument located on the New Delhi street named in his honor.

Kadakin, who served as Russia’s ambassador to India for more than two decades over multiple tenures, was widely respected for his efforts in strengthening Indo-Russian diplomatic and cultural ties. The ceremony highlighted his lasting legacy and the close relationship he fostered between the two nations.

Participants paid homage to the diplomat’s contributions, reflecting on his role in deepening bilateral cooperation and promoting friendship between Russia and India.
