Jamia Middle School successfully organized a Science, Mathematics, and Social Science Exhibition on its premises. This exhibition was designed as an intra-class competition, offering students a significant opportunity to showcase their academic knowledge, creativity, and innovative thinking across various disciplines.

The event was graced by the presence of the Registrar of Jamia Millia Islamia, Prof. Md. Mahtab Alam Rizvi, who generously took the time to visit the displays. The Registrar toured nearly all the exhibits, demonstrating a keen interest in the students’ projects, engaging with them enthusiastically, and encouraging them with his insightful and motivational remarks. His visit significantly inspired the students and enhanced their confidence. The students presented remarkable and creative models in the fields of science, mathematics, and social science.

Additionally, the event was attended by esteemed dignitaries from the University, including Ar. Mohd Firoz Anwar, Incharge of the Building & Construction Department, Prof. Imran Khan from the Faculty of Dentistry, Mr. Jitendra Singh, Deputy Registrar of Schools, and the Heads of all Jamia Schools. The dignitaries commended the students for their creativity and conceptual clarity. Three judges from Syed Abid Husain Senior Secondary School were appointed to evaluate all categories of the competition: Mr. Yogesh Sharma (PGT Maths), Ms. Shabana Bano (PGT Chemistry), and Ms. Zeba Khan (PGT Biology).

The organizing committee for the exhibition comprised Coordinator Ms. Naaz Parveen, TGT Science, along with her team, TGT Social Science Ms. Naghma Afroz Abbasi and her team, and TGT Mathematics Ms. Nida Husain and her team. All teams were led by Mrs. Nusrat Jahan, Headmistress of Jamia Middle School.

The exhibition saw enthusiastic participation and showcased the collaborative efforts of students, teachers and coordinators. The Headmistress commended all the teachers and staff who contributed to the event’s success. She conveyed her heartfelt appreciation to the Registrar for his generous encouragement of both the students and the exhibitors. She also expressed sincere thanks to the Honourable Vice Chancellor Prof Mazhar Asif for their invaluable support and guidance in ensuring the event’s success. The event was a resounding success achieving its goal of promoting experiential learning and nurturing a spirit of inquiry among students.
