Israeli Forces Conduct Fresh Raids Across West Bank and East Jerusalem, Detain Several Palestinians

West Bank: Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out overnight and early Wednesday raids across multiple areas of the West Bank and East Jerusalem, conducting house searches, field interrogations, and arrest operations.

In Nablus, Israeli troops entered the city and the New Askar refugee camp east of the city, where they detained three young Palestinians. Those arrested were identified as Nimr Khreioush, Khalil Shehab, and Nader Al-Tak.

During the operation, troops also searched several homes inside the camp and detained a number of teenagers for on-site questioning before releasing them.

In the town of Qaffin, north of Tulkarem, Israeli forces carried out extensive search operations that lasted for several hours. Several young men, including former prisoners, were detained for field interrogation.

In Beit Qad village, east of Jenin, Israeli troops raided homes and arrested a young man. Residents said the forces searched houses and damaged their contents.

Military vehicles also entered Qalqilya and deployed across several neighborhoods. In the Nazzal neighborhood, Israeli forces searched homes and arrested two people, including a former detainee, after raiding his house and damaging its contents.

In Beit Ta’mir village, east of Bethlehem, Israeli forces raided an unoccupied house, forcing open the gate and front door before carrying out a search.

Meanwhile, in Beit Iksa village, northwest of East Jerusalem, Israeli troops launched a large-scale raid campaign. Soldiers spread across the village, entered numerous homes, and subjected dozens of residents to hours-long field interrogations.

Israeli forces also arrested a Palestinian man after raiding and searching his home. In addition, troops converted one of the village’s homes into a military outpost and deployed soldiers around it while continuing search and interrogation operations.

Beit Iksa has witnessed repeated Israeli military incursions, often involving house raids, arrests, and field interrogations targeting local residents.
