Israeli Forces Demolish Two Under-Construction Palestinian Homes in West Bank’s Shuqba Town

Demolition operations by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continue in the occupied West Bank. On Tuesday, the IOF demolished two Palestinian houses under construction in Shuqba town of Ramallah province. Israeli authorities claimed the houses had been built without the required permits.

According to the report, Israeli bulldozers, escorted by soldiers, entered the Al-Attari area of Shuqba on Tuesday morning. The area was cordoned off before demolition work began on the two under-construction houses.

The Al-Attari area has become a major target of demolition operations in recent months. During this period, more than 15 structures, including homes, have been razed in the area.

On May 24, Israeli forces also demolished the single-story home of Abdullah Thabet in Shuqba. The house was built on one dunum of land and included living rooms, a swimming pool, and a horse stable.

During the same month, the Israeli army demolished 42 homes and 303 other structures across the occupied West Bank. Demolition operations have continued across different parts of the territory in recent months.
