Italy reaffirmed its commitment amid developing sustainably and leading climatically at the Climate Change & Global Warming Conclave held at SOA University, Odisha.
Delegates who represented Italy highlighted the nation’s achievements as well as the installation of over 7.5 GW of new solar and wind capacity in 2024, coupled with a 26% reduction in gas emissions since 1990, together with Italy’s top position in recycling across Europe.

Italy gave €4.4 billion to its Climate Fund also contributing €300 million to the UN Green Climate Fund. Since the country strongly focuses upon inclusive and practical climate action, it prioritizes youth engaging and people educating each other about climate as part of its forward-looking strategy, both at home and abroad.
The conclave did provide a platform that was for global and Indian stakeholders in order to exchange knowledge and collaborate. They reinforced the urgency of combating climate change because they acted together.
