Aligarh, August 12 – Abdullah School, Aligarh Muslim University, set the festive tone for Independence Day celebrations by hosting a succession of vibrant and patriotic activities under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign that aims to inculcate unity, pride, and patriotism among young students.

It was followed by a special assembly for Class 5 students as part of the Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect program where Superintendent Ms. Umra Zaheer urged the students to become active contributors to the growth and future of India.

Poster-making competitions were subsequently organized, which portrayed imagination and national pride by the students. Class 5 students portrayed the theme Viksit Bharat with imagination and vision, and Class 2 to 4 students portrayed Freedom and Patriotism themes in symbolic and colorful sketches.

Hosted by Ms. Umra Zaheer and led by teachers Ms. Arshia Aftab and Ms. Sehba Asim, the celebrations combined imagination with civic awareness, teaching responsibility, harmony, and patriotism values.

Through such innovative projects, Abdullah School again committed to bringing up a generation of citizens who would be able to hold the tricolor high and contribute to India’s growth.
