Aligarh Muslim University Malppuram Centre organised a special programme at Moot Court Hall, which commenced with the recitation of the Holy Qur’an by Mohammad Afsal (B.Ed, II Year), followed by a welcome address from Dr. Muhammed Basheer K, Assistant Professor, Department of Education and Convenor of Seerat Committee.
In his presidential address, Prof. M. Shahul Hameed, Director of the Centre, stressed the importance of the Prophet’s teachings in leading a respectful and successful life. The Chief Guest, Mufti Abdul Jaleel Hudawi Balayil (Director of Projects, HCSE, Darul Huda Islamic University), delivered the keynote address, highlighting the timeless values of humanity imparted by the Prophet and their enduring relevance even after 1500 years.

The programme featured soulful Naat recitations and speeches by students. Dr. Sadaf Jafri, Assistant Professor, Department of Education, announced prizes to the winners of various competitions.

The event concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Syed Ahmad Saad (Department of Business Administration), followed by a dua from the Chief Guest and a heartfelt Salaam by the students. The program was anchored by Mohd Imran (Law 4th Year student). The programme reaffirmed AMU’s commitment to interfaith harmony and universal values of humanity.
