Ambassador Molalign Asfaw, Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Ethiopia, updated delegates from the World Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (WASME) on the growing investment opportunities in Ethiopia during an interactive session organized at the Embassy.
During his address, Ambassador Molalign presented the Ethiopian government’s continued economic reforms and highlighted how these activities have enhanced the investment environment as well as produced a variety of new business opportunities. He invited Indian SMEs to explore Ethiopia’s expanding and vibrant market for future business.
The meeting was also used to reiterate the commitment of the Embassy and WASME to deepening bilateral economic cooperation. In a move towards this, WASME declared that it would organize a business delegation to Ethiopia later this month to identify on-ground investment opportunities and establish long-term relationships.
