Mr. Batu Khasikov, Head of the Republic of Kalmykia of the Russian Federation, held a meeting with Shri Kiren Rijiju, Minister of Minority and Parliamentary Affairs of the Government of India, during his working visit to India.
Discussions focused on prospective projects of cooperation, particularly the establishment of closer interregional relations between the Republic of Kalmykia and several Indian states. Both sides emphasized that such initiatives would help further strengthen cultural, educational, and spiritual ties, reinforcing the longstanding friendship between Russia and India.
