The situation in northern Gaza worsened again on Wednesday morning when Israeli warplanes carried out several intense airstrikes on the Beit Lahia area. After these attacks, loud explosions echoed through the area, and large plumes of smoke were seen rising into the sky.

According to a report by the Palestinian Information Center (PIC), the attack was carried out in the northeastern part of Beit Lahia. Local sources said that at the same time, Israeli forces also carried out shooting and acts of vandalism in the eastern area of Jabalia.

This incident occurred at a time when the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10 was still considered to be in force. However, as always, the Israeli army has repeatedly violated this agreement under various pretexts.

Because of these fresh attacks, an atmosphere of fear and uncertainty has once again spread among the people of Gaza. Local residents said they are terrified by the continuous sounds of explosions and gunfire, while relief teams are trying to assess the situation.
