Secretary (West) Sibi George delivered the valedictory address at the UNPDT-04: December 2025 Training of Trainers on the United Nations Pre-Deployment Training (PDT) course, held at the United Nations Peacekeeping Centre, Manekshaw Centre, New Delhi.
The course was attended by officers from 15 friendly foreign countries and the Indian Army. It aimed at enhancing leadership skills, tactical thinking, and operational effectiveness among peacekeepers, while also providing a platform for cross-cultural exchange and professional development.
During the ceremony, Secretary (West) also presented certificates to the course participants, marking the successful completion of the programme.
