The participating companies presented a wide range of products, including truffles, chocolates, seafood, dry fruits, olive oil, wheat flours and other specialty foods. Each product highlighted the richness of Italy’s agrifood heritage, rooted in cultural traditions, biodiversity and strong connections with local territories across the country.

The showcase emphasized the quality of ingredients, authenticity of products and respect for traditional production methods that define Italian cuisine and food manufacturing.
