Kuwait City: Ambassador of India to Kuwait, Ms. Paramita Tripathi, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Rabah Abdulrahman Al-Rabah, Director General of the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI), to discuss ways to further strengthen bilateral trade and economic cooperation between India and Kuwait.

During the interaction, both sides explored opportunities to enhance engagement between the business communities of the two countries, with a focus on expanding trade, investment, and institutional linkages. The discussions highlighted the role of chambers of commerce and industry bodies in facilitating partnerships, encouraging private sector collaboration, and identifying new areas of mutual economic interest.
The meeting reflects the shared commitment of India and Kuwait to deepen their longstanding economic relationship and promote greater collaboration across key sectors. It also aligns with the Government of India’s broader efforts, led by the Ministry of External Affairs and the Department of Commerce, to strengthen economic diplomacy in the Gulf region and create new avenues for cooperation between Indian and international businesses.
