A high-level hybrid conference was held at Invest Punjab under the leadership of Industry and Commerce Minister Sanjeev Arora, bringing together senior officials and a distinguished delegation from the Czech Republic to strengthen bilateral industrial cooperation.

The Czech delegation was led by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Jan Sechter, and included representatives from the Czech-Indian Chamber of Commerce, Brigadier General Martin Bulka, and Honorary Consul Major Guneet Chaudhary. CEO Invest Punjab, Amit Dhaka (IAS), also participated in the discussions.
During the meeting, Invest Punjab highlighted the state government’s progressive industrial policy, focusing on investor-friendly measures and a wide range of incentives aimed at attracting global companies. Special attention was given to potential collaborations in the defence sector, with Punjab positioning itself as a promising destination for Czech investments.

The conference marked a significant step toward enhancing economic ties and unlocking new avenues of cooperation between Punjab and the Czech Republic.
