Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC), Jamia Millia Islamia, concluded its 19th Online One-Month Faculty Induction Programme (FIP) from June 10 to July 8, 2025.
Organized according to Gurudakshta guidelines and following NEP 2020 protocols, the programme imparted vital pedagogical and professional skills to 181 new faculty members from a wide range of institutions. With 96 expert sessions, it addressed curriculum design, ethics, online learning, student engagement, and sustainable development goals.

Renowned scholars from JMI, JNU, DU, AMU, NCERT, NIEPA, and IITs enriched the deliberations. Organized by Prof. Savita Kaushal and Dr. Dori Lal under the guidance of Prof. Kulwinder Kaur, the program comprised interactive sessions, skill-based workshops, and presentations by the participants.
Some of the prominent speakers were Prof. S.K. Panda, Prof. N.V. Varghese, and Shri Anandrao V. Patil, who made the key points about the catalytic role of faculty in nation-building through inclusive education. The valedictory session stressed academic leadership and holistic development. Participants appreciated the structure, content, and organisation of the programme. The programme ended with a vote of thanks offered by Dr. Shahla Tarannum on behalf of the MMTTC team.
