New Delhi – H.E. Kamel Galal, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to India, met with H.E. Dr. Neena Malhotra, Secretary South of the Ministry of External Affairs of India (MEA).
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Egypt and India and enhancing cooperation in various fields.
On the evolving situation in the Middle East, Ambassador Galal explained Egypt’s position regarding the current escalation in the region and underlined the importance of de-escalation as the way forward to achieve stability.
The two sides also discussed other matters of mutual interest.
