Yerevan, November 6 — First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of Armenia Gevorg Mantashyan and Chairman of the Military Industries Committee Aram Jivanyan met with a delegation led by Amit Satija, Joint Secretary of the Defense Products Department (Promotion of Military Industries) of India’s Ministry of Defence.
During the meeting, the sides discussed opportunities for bilateral cooperation in the defense industry, focusing on areas of mutual strategic interest. They also explored ways to strengthen business ties and promote practical collaboration between defense companies from both countries.
Concluding the discussions, both parties emphasized the potential for joint research initiatives and the development of production capabilities, underscoring their commitment to expanding Armenian-Indian cooperation in the defense and high-tech sectors.
