Doha, The vibrant traditions of India are set to come alive in Doha as the much-awaited cultural festival, “Bharat Utsav,” is scheduled to be held on January 22–23 at the Ideal Indian School.
The announcement was made at a press conference today, addressed by H.E. Ambassador Shri Vipul, President of the Indian Cultural Centre, Doha – Qatar, alongside several distinguished guests.

The festival aims to showcase the richness and diversity of Indian culture, offering attendees an immersive experience through music and dance performances, traditional Indian cuisine, handicrafts, and other cultural exhibits. Organizers emphasized that “Bharat Utsav” will serve as a platform to promote cultural exchange and strengthen the ties between the Indian community in Qatar and the broader local population.

Visitors can expect a variety of interactive activities and performances representing different regions of India, highlighting both classical and contemporary art forms. The festival promises a family-friendly atmosphere, celebrating India’s heritage while fostering community engagement.
