Ambassador Devesh Uttam met H.E. Mr. Gintautas Paluckas, former Prime Minister of Lithuania and Head of the Group for Inter-Parliamentary Relations with India, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations between India and Lithuania.
During the meeting, discussions focused on enhancing inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries. Special emphasis was placed on the 3Ts — Trade, Tourism, and Technology as key areas for expanding cooperation and mutual engagement.
Both sides also highlighted the importance of people-to-people contacts, recognizing their role in fostering greater understanding and closer ties between India and Lithuania.
The interaction reflected the shared interest of both countries in further deepening cooperation through parliamentary dialogue and sectoral collaboration.
