Poland and Karnataka Sign Letter of Intent at India AI Impact Summit 2026 to Boost Innovation Partnership

New Delhi: During the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Head of Mission Piotr Antoni Świtalski attended the signing ceremony of a Letter of Intent (LoI) aimed at strengthening innovation cooperation between Poland and India.

The LoI was signed between Regionalna Izba Gospodarcza w Katowicach, represented by Krinal Shah Suri along with the Katowice Gaming and Technology Hub represented by Marcin Nowak, and the Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka, represented by the Secretary to Government.

The agreement lays the foundation for a structured and long-term innovation partnership between Poland and India. It seeks to connect their respective ecosystems to foster collaboration in emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, and knowledge exchange.

Officials expressed optimism that the Letter of Intent will pave the way for concrete joint initiatives, further strengthening bilateral ties and expanding cooperation in the fields of technology and innovation between the two countries.
