On Sunday night, a young Palestinian was injured during an operation by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) in the West Bank city of Al-Bireh.
According to media reports, Israeli forces stormed the city of Al-Bireh. Local sources said that during a raid in the Sateh Marhaba area, a young man was struck in the head by a rubber-coated metal bullet, leaving him seriously injured.
The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that its paramedics reached the scene, provided first aid to the injured young man, and later transferred him to a hospital for further treatment.
According to local sources, on Sunday night a large number of Israeli soldiers entered the city of Al-Bireh and the Al-Amari refugee camp. During the operation, the soldiers fired large quantities of live ammunition and tear gas canisters at local residents.
