Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) carried out a large-scale raid operation across various areas of the West Bank early Saturday. During the operation, several homes were stormed and searched, and numerous Palestinian civilians were detained.
According to local sources, IOF forces raided homes in the town of Jayyous, located northeast of Qalqilya, and detained at least 18 people. The raids created a tense atmosphere throughout the area.
In the city of Nablus, Israeli forces also entered the Old City and eastern neighborhoods to carry out operations. Three civilians were detained there, while several others were questioned. Additionally, a raid was conducted in the Al-Ain refugee camp near Nablus, where one civilian was arrested.
In Al-Khalil, IOF forces raided several homes in the Tel Ma’in area, east of Yatta, and detained civilians. Meanwhile, search operations were also carried out in the town of Tarqumiyah, west of Al-Khalil, although no arrests were reported there.
Following these operations across different areas of the West Bank, an atmosphere of concern and tension was observed among the local population.
