Egyptian Committee Public Relations Director Killed in Israeli Strike in Gaza, Two Other Palestinians Also Dead

Amid the ongoing conflict in Gaza, another deadly attack was reported on Tuesday evening. Mohamed al-Wahidi, the Director of Public Relations for the Egyptian Committee in Gaza, was killed after a civilian vehicle was targeted in the Al-Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City. Two other Palestinians were also killed in the same strike. The committee is known for carrying out humanitarian relief projects across the Gaza Strip to support civilians affected by the continuing war.

According to the available information, an Israeli drone targeted a civilian vehicle in Gaza City’s Al-Sabra neighborhood. Three people travelling in the vehicle were killed in the attack, including Mohamed al-Wahidi.

Mohamed al-Wahidi served as the Director of Public Relations for the Egyptian Committee in Gaza. The committee is involved in implementing important relief projects across the Gaza Strip, with the aim of easing the severe humanitarian suffering caused by the ongoing war.

The incident comes at a time when the humanitarian situation in Gaza remains critical, with relief organizations continuing their efforts to provide assistance to civilians affected by the conflict. During these ongoing relief operations, the strike claimed the life of the committee’s public relations director along with two other Palestinians.

So far, no official response from the Israeli side regarding the incident has been reported.
