NEW YORK : Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and India’s External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar held a high-level bilateral meeting on September 25 on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) High-Level Week.
