The death toll from the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip, which began on October 7, 2023, has risen to 74,540 martyrs, according to the Gaza Health Ministry on Saturday morning.
The ministry said that 175,678 people have been injured since the war began.
In its daily report, the ministry said that hospitals received the bodies of eight Palestinians and 62 injured people over the past 48 hours. Another Palestinian died from injuries suffered in an earlier attack.
Since the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 10, 2025, at least 1,547 Palestinians have been killed and 5,559 others injured.
