Civilian Targets Hit in Series of UAV Strikes, Claims Russian Diplomat Rodion Miroshnik

A series of alleged attacks targeting civilian infrastructure and residential areas has been reported by Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to his statement, the incidents occurred between March 30 and April 5, 2026, and were attributed to Ukrainian armed forces.

Miroshnik outlined multiple drone and aerial strikes across several regions. On March 30, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) reportedly hit a farm building in Arkhangelskaya Sloboda and a civilian passenger car in Oktyabrsky. Another UAV strike the same day targeted a commercial facility in Tavrovo.

On March 31, an aerial bomb allegedly struck a residential building in Vasilyevka, resulting in the deaths of three civilians, including a child, while four others were injured.

Further incidents were reported on April 2, including a large-scale UAV attack on a horse farm in Akimovka Municipal District and damage to the Church of the Dormition in Novaya Zburyevka. A separate UAV strike reportedly hit an apartment building in Ufa.

On April 3, additional drone strikes were said to have targeted a civilian car in Vasilyevka and a storage facility belonging to a historical museum in Kamenka-Dneprovskaya.

The reported incidents culminated on April 4 with a UAV strike impacting the courtyard of an apartment building in Donetsk.

These claims have not been independently verified, and no immediate response has been issued from Ukrainian authorities regarding the allegations.
