New Delhi, A delegation from Gazprom Media Holding, together with representatives of the Russian Embassy in India, met with senior Indian government officials on June 17 to explore avenues for deeper collaboration in the film and cultural sectors.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Ajay Nagabhushan M.N., Joint Secretary (Films) at India’s Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and Rajesh Parihar, Joint Secretary (XP) at the Ministry of External Affairs.
Discussions focused on strengthening bilateral film and cultural ties, including opportunities for co-productions, collaboration between industry stakeholders, and participation in international film festivals.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to supporting joint initiatives and agreed to continue developing concrete proposals in the coming months, underscoring the growing cultural partnership between Russia and India.
