A new chapter in bilateral cooperation was marked by the first-ever Consular Dialogue between Uzbekistan and India, which took place in Tashkent.
Dr. Binoy George, Joint Secretary (CPV), Ministry of External Affairs, led the Indian delegation, and Mr. Batirov Sherzod, Head of the Consular and Legal Department, led the Uzbek delegation.
The meeting’s main objectives were to improve legal cooperation, address common issues, and fortify consular ties.
Both countries’ increasing commitment to strengthening their institutional and people-to-people ties is reflected in this conversation.
