Application are now Open for the Hindu Kush Himalaya -Arctic Youth Leadership Forum, an initiative jointly facilitated by ICIMOD and Arctic Circle, aimed at empowering youth leaders from both regions in the global fight against climate change.
This one-year fellowship will bring together 12 youth champions aged 19–35, offering them a platform to exchange ideas, strengthen solidarity, and amplify local and indigenous voices from mountain and Arctic regions. The goal is to co-create sustainable, inclusive climate solutions rooted in real community experiences.
Selected fellows will receive capacity-building support, training, mentorship, and access to international climate forums. The program focuses on turning local insights into global action, enabling young leaders to represent their regions at major climate decision-making platforms.
