The Indian Medical Team’s visit to Bangladesh began with in-depth discussions with physicians at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in Dhaka and senior representatives of the country’s Ministry of Health.
Each of the critical cases was reviewed, treatment approaches were discussed, and the team’s expert assessment of the future course of care was shared during the session.
This visit comes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised to help Bangladesh in every way he could following the July 21, 2025, plane crash in Dhaka.
