On 6 October, the Philippine Embassy welcomed students from Delhi Public School, Varanasi, who were participating in a leadership tour organized by the youth-engagement platform Chhatra Sansad.
Third Secretary and Vice Consul Ronn Bautista led the students on a tour of the embassy and delivered an informative talk highlighting the longstanding and close ties between the Philippines and India, which have recently been elevated to a Strategic Partnership.
The embassy expressed its pleasure in contributing to the students’ journey of awareness and active participation in political and democratic processes, as well as their understanding of India’s growing international relationships. Officials expressed hope to see these young leaders again in the future as they continue to shape India’s path forward.
