Washington’s New “War on Refugees”: Political Script Behind DC Shooting, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, and Claims of CIA-KSF Militarization

20 November, Federal Court rules the deployment of National Guard by President Trump unlawful. 26 November, Terror Attack in DC – Trump orders 500+ additional troops in DC & halts Afghan Immigration & Asylum

Rahmanullah Lakanwal, Kandahar Strike Force, operated for CIA in Afghanistan

The attack near Washington DC that killed two Guardsmen has been rapidly weaponized by Donald Trump and the conservative media ecosystem. But the emerging facts, timelines, and political incentives around the event raise a much more troubling possibility: a false-flag operation engineered to circumvent a federal court ruling, revive a collapsing anti-immigrant agenda, and re-consolidate MAGA support at a moment of deep crisis for the Trump regime facing a crisis over inflation & loss of credibility over the Epstein File Cover-up.

For anyone paying attention, the script is painfully familiar.

I. The Court Order Trump Ignored

Barely a week before the shooting, on 20 November, a federal appeals court issued an injunction order by Judge Jia M. Cobb, barring Trump from deploying the National Guard within Washington DC without explicit municipal authorization—a legal response to his pattern of militarized crackdowns on dissent during the 2025 protests.

Yet within hours of the 26 November attack, Trump invoked “emergency authority” to send additional Guard units back into DC, effectively nullifying the ruling through executive fiat.

The timing is remarkable, even fortuitous one might say. A judiciary-imposed constraint on militarization appears—and suddenly, a neatly aligned security crisis arrives to justify ignoring it.

This alone would raise eyebrows. But the biography of the alleged shooter raises them further.

II. The Afghan “Patsy”: CIA-Linked, Biden-Era Entry, and Political Usefulness

The accused gunman, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, entered the United States not under Trump, but during the Biden administration—a detail Trump has already seized upon to blame Biden’s “failed vetting” and “open borders.”

This allows Trump to kill three political birds with one stone:

1. Attack Biden and the Democrats for “letting terrorists in.”

2. Revive the anti-immigrant agenda at a time when MAGA enthusiasm is collapsing.
