According to a report published by the Palestine Information Center, Israeli forces released 10 detainees from the Gaza Strip on Monday evening. All of these individuals had been arrested after October 7, 2023.
After their release, the detainees were taken to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah for medical examination and treatment. During this process, Red Cross teams were also present with them and assisted in their transfer to the hospital.
According to medical sources, signs of fatigue and weakness were observed among the released detainees upon their arrival at the hospital, after which they were immediately subjected to medical examinations. The hospital administration assessed their condition under emergency procedures and began the necessary treatment.
The report states that this development has come at a time when health services in the Gaza Strip are already operating with limited resources. Hospitals are under heavy patient pressure, and medical facilities are functioning under challenging conditions.
It is noteworthy that the released detainees are currently being kept under medical observation, and assessment of their condition is ongoing.
