New Delhi: H.E. Mr. Kamel Z. Galal, Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to India, held a meeting with Mr. Suvidh Shah, Additional Director General of the Federation of Indian Export Organisations (FIEO), in New Delhi to discuss avenues for enhancing bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on strengthening institutional collaboration, promoting greater engagement between Indian and Egyptian businesses, and identifying new sectors with strong potential for trade and investment. Discussions also highlighted the importance of facilitating market access, encouraging export diversification, and leveraging existing trade frameworks to increase bilateral commerce.
The interaction underscored the shared commitment of India and Egypt to deepen their long-standing economic partnership and to explore mutually beneficial opportunities amid evolving global trade dynamics.
