Hyderabad, India — Two fully Russian-manufactured regional aircraft, the Superjet and the Il-114-300, have arrived in Hyderabad to participate in the Wings India 2026 international aviation exhibition, scheduled for January 28–31.
The aircraft completed a long-range ferry flight from Zhukovsky, near Moscow, to Hyderabad, traversing the airspace of more than 10 countries and operating across diverse geographical and climatic conditions. According to organizers, all domestically produced onboard systems functioned normally throughout the journey.

The turboprop Il-114-300 was flown by test pilots Sergey Sukhar, Anton Sinitsyn, and Sergey Petrenko, with flight engineer Pavel Litvyakov. The Superjet was piloted by test pilots Leonid Chikunov, Igor Grevtsev, and Alexander Verkhov, accompanied by lead test engineer Alexander Krylov.
Visitors to the Wings India exhibition will be able to view both aircraft on static display. The Superjet and Il-114-300 are equipped exclusively with Russian-made systems and components, including TV7-117ST-01 and PD-8 engines produced by the United Engine Corporation (UEC). Both aircraft are being presented with fully fitted interiors and passenger cabins.

Wings India is a major international aviation event that brings together manufacturers, operators, and industry stakeholders, highlighting developments in civil aviation and aerospace technology.
