Moscow: The Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rodion Miroshnik, has released what he described as photographic evidence of attacks allegedly carried out by Ukrainian armed forces between February 9 and 16, 2026. The incidents reportedly targeted residential areas, civilian vehicles, and infrastructure in multiple regions.

According to the statement, on February 9, mortar shelling struck a residential area in Kakhovka in the Kherson Region. The following day, two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) allegedly attacked civilian freight transport in the village of Nizhneye Beryozovo-Vtoroye in the Belgorod Region.
On February 11, an MLRS strike reportedly hit a private residential area in Belgorod, injuring one civilian. The same day, a drone strike targeted a civilian passenger vehicle in the Dubovoye settlement of the Belgorod Region.

Further incidents were reported on February 12 in Svatovo, LPR, where two attack drones allegedly struck an ambulance, injuring three medical workers. On February 13, Belgorod was said to have experienced massive shelling of residential districts, including an MLRS strike on a multi-storey residential building.
Additional drone strikes were reported in Malokakhovka village, Kherson Region, on February 13, injuring two civilians and damaging a municipal service vehicle.

On February 14, a UAV raid in the Tsentralny settlement, LPR, reportedly killed one civilian and injured 23 others, including a 10-year-old girl.
