New Delhi, October 1, 2025: The Digital Forensics Research and Analytics Center (DFRAC) conducted an engaging workshop at the Jamia Hamdard Institute of Skill Development under its flagship program, “Empowered Youth and Verified Voices,” powered by the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) .

The session aimed to equip students from vocational streams, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Finance, and Industry-Oriented Skills, with essential knowledge on Media Literacy, Fact-Checking, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity. Presenters highlighted the growing need for everyday fact-checking amid widespread digital misinformation.

Students actively participated in hands-on exercises, identifying fake headlines, using Google Reverse Image Search, and exploring tools for verifying online information. The interactive workshop concluded with the presenters being honoured as Guests of Honour, while Jamia Hamdard lauded DFRAC’s initiative and expressed interest in future collaborations to enhance digital literacy and critical thinking among youth.
