Bangalore, 12 January – High Commissioner H.E. M Riaz Hamidullah held a privileged audience with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar at The Art of Living in Bangalore, learning about his four decades of work in spirituality and human wellbeing across more than 180 countries, including India and Bangladesh.
Ambassador Hamidullah lauded Gurudev for his unwavering commitment to global peace, community development, and societal harmony, as well as his notable contributions to conflict resolution, including efforts in Colombia.
“It is humbling to witness Gurudev’s vision of strengthening ties between the peoples of Bangladesh and India, reflecting the long-treasured bonds and shared cultural commonalities,” the High Commissioner remarked.
