The humanitarian crisis in Gaza continues to worsen. According to the latest figures from the Palestinian Health Ministry, since the war began on October 7, 2023, a total of 72,991 Palestinians have lost their lives, while 173,219 people have been injured. These figures reflect the severe humanitarian impact on the people of Gaza.
According to the Health Ministry’s daily report, during the past 24 hours, the bodies of seven civilians and five injured people were brought to hospitals in Gaza. This makes it clear that the suffering and hardships faced by people in the region are still ongoing.
Most concerning is that even after the ceasefire agreement came into effect on October 10, 2025, the violence and loss of life have not completely stopped. According to the ministry, at least 981 Palestinians have been killed and 3,111 others have been injured since the ceasefire was implemented.
The continuously rising number of deaths and injuries highlights the difficult conditions faced by ordinary civilians in Gaza. Families are losing their loved ones, while thousands of injured people are waiting for medical treatment. This situation reflects the severity of the humanitarian crisis in the region.
